Zoe Martin is a coach and mentor to parents across the world who are leading neurodivergent children. She awakens their sovereign heart which brings forth radical healing, connection and an inner and outer freedom that is often lost post diagnosis in families.
"Our children are free to be themselves more and more when we, as parents, take back what is ours and connect back to what is important - honouring our values and living our truth."
You are not meant to do this alone. You were not put here to spend a life suffering. Neither were your children.
Zoe is autistic and diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder/attention deficit disorder (ADHD/ADD combined). She identifies as Pathological Demand Avoidant (PDA).
Zoe is a Mother to two autistic children who are also diagnosed with ADHD/ADD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Her husband is autistic too.
2015 was the year her family passed crisis point and hit rock bottom. Trauma. Confusion. Anger. Lost. Disconnection. Hope-less. Behind closed doors, her family was falling apart. It was from this dark place that Zoe began the painful and beautiful journey of uncovering that one by one, they were all autistic.
Zoe’s mission is to help parents trust again. Trust that they hold the answers. Trust they know their child better than anyone else. Trust in each other. There can be so much noise, so many opinions, so much social conditioning that gets in the way. Our children, the way we parent, the way our family does this and doesn’t do that - needs to make sense to no one - but us. When we clear away the trauma, heal the past, make peace with the present, we then have space to intentionally build the life we are so worthy of living.
